Kendrick Perkins just watched the Cleveland Cavaliers suffer a tough loss against the Miami Heat on Tuesday. Despite their best effort, the Cavs still fell to the Heat, 100-97. Big Perk wasn’t pleased with what he saw from his former team, and he wasn’t shy about making his feelings known either.

Perkins took to Twitter to share his concerns about the Donovan Mitchell-led Cavs. In his mind, the outspoken ESPN analyst isn’t very confident that Cleveland is going to last very long come playoff time:

“I’m Legit worried about the Cavs. They are going to win regular season games because they have a lot of talent… but their inconsistency on both ends of the floor is going to be the reason they’re going to be a 1st round exit!!! Carry the hell on…” Perkins wrote in his tweet.

Cavs fans aren’t going to be happy about this. However, Big Perk isn’t completely wrong here, especially with regard to his take on Cleveland’s inconsistencies. This was on full display against Miami, as the Cavs failed to close out the game on their own home floor.

Mitchell went just 6-of-17 from the floor for 16 points with nine assists. Darius Garland didn’t have the best of games either, logging 16 points and five assists. That’s now two losses in their last three games for the Cavs after falling to the Oklahoma City Thunder last Friday.

This isn’t the first time Kendrick Perkins has criticized the Cavs, and it sure won’t be the last.
