The Cleveland Cavaliers have released the first photos of Dwyane Wade wearing his new No. 9 jersey on the team’s official Twitter feed.

The veteran guard, who signed with the Cavs shortly after completing his buyout from the Chicago Bulls, was also rocking a slightly longer, curly hairdo to go along with his new jersey and new number.

It’s an entirely new look for Wade, who will wear a number other than his signature No. 3 for the first time in his NBA career.

Fellow incoming Cavalier Isaiah Thomas is set to take over the No. 3 jersey for the Cavs, so Wade had to settle for No. 9, which LeBron James helped to get from incoming rookie Cedi Osman. Wade wore No. 9 for Team USA during the 2008 Olympics.
