LeBron James won his third All-Star MVP award with his team winning the first new NBA-All Star game format Sunday night. Team LeBron would go on to beat Stephen Curry’s team by the final score of 148-145.

James was awarded the MVP trophy as his team would come from behind and defeat Curry as they were down by as many as 11 points in the 4th quarter with only six minutes left.

It was all smiles for the Cavaliers star as he ended the night with 29 points, 10 rebounds, and eight assists. He was minutes away from his second career triple double in an All-Star game and better yet fifth in the history of the NBA. While James succeed on the court, his teammate Kevin Love watched from the sidelines.

With the recent Love drama happening in the Cavaliers locker room, it seemed as if it may still be uncomfortable between the two players. During the ceremony of James receiving his MVP award,  Love was a distance away from his teammate and happened to be on his phone for the moment.

Watch Love on his phone in the video clip below.

Unfortunately for Love, clapping isn’t really something he can do with a broken hand, so it’s not hard to see why he wasn’t clapping when everyone else was.

As the second half of the NBA season begins in the coming days, it will be interesting to see if the new-look Cavs can further develop their relationships and grow back into a dominant Eastern Conference team.
